The design aims at creating axial framed views & connects to the Queensborough Bridge. The plaza extends to the riverside creating a dynamic & peaceful urban space for the residents. A skin system envelopes the residential towers by joining into the corridor and balcony spaces. This provides light control and ventilation while creating dynamic shadows. The system consists of c-shaped steel louvres wrapped in wood that become the facade, decking & ceiling
conditions.
